Key Responsibilities

• Database (Oracle & Snowflake): Knowledge of database (Snowflake) and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and management.
• Business Intelligence Tools: Skills in building/deploying dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI & MicroStrategy.
• Hands on experience with datasets including LAAD, HPD, OneKey and Specialty Pharmacy Data.
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Pharmaceutical Commercial business, as well as knowledge of relevant metrics, terminology, and regulations.
• Data Mining and Cleaning: Ability to extract useful information from large datasets, identify patterns, and handle missing or inconsistent data.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Data Management: Understanding of MDM system/process.
• Understanding of CRM systems including Veeva, Salesforce, product offerings to support customer profiling.
• Some familiarity of machine learning techniques and algorithms for predictive modeling, classification, and clustering.
• Commercial Pharma, and experience with commercial data sets (Claims, Patient Longitudinal, Retail Rx) is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Tehnology, or a related field.
